Location:  Remote (must be based in the US and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours)

Experience:  5+ years as a project manager in a technology, field service or manufacturing related industry

 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Installations team and drive successful platform deployments for new customers. If you thrive working in a fast-paced environment with talented peers, this position is for you. As an Installations Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment of BusPatrol’s proprietary stop arm enforcement camera system onto customer school buses across North America. Successful deployment requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of BusPatrol deployments and coordinate all our internal field services teams (Field partners, Field Service Technicians, Advanced Technician Support, Quality Management, Resource Planning, and Analytics) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead successful installation projects, meeting timelines and contractual obligations
  • Identify, engage with all relevant stakeholders, and get buy in, and effectively communicate project statuses and needs
  • Ensure the execution of projects/installations in a timely fashion 
  • Develop and create project plans, and allocate resources across multiple projects in different municipalities 
  • Work cross-functionally with resource allocation lead, operations, and vendor management department to ensure proper deployment of resources 
  • Perform risk analysis and management
  • Be an advocate for your customers
  • Produce high-quality documentation and report to company management
  • Make recommendations and develop creative solutions to eliminate roadblocks
  • Continuously improve the tools and techniques to improve delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; PMP preferred
  • 5+ years as a project manager in a technology, field service or manufacturing related industry
  • Experience overseeing multiple complex projects on tight timelines
  • Experience motivating people to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing communications to various audiences on various medium platforms (e.g., emails, presentations, reports, etc.)
  • Experience using project management tools, preferably Wrike and/ or Salesforce
  • Customer deployment experience managing full development lifecycle; operations expertise a plus
  • Mature, successful collaborator with good judgment, influencing skills, and capable of earning trust across a variety of diverse teams
  • Solid organizational leader with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Proactive communicator with outstanding written, verbal and presentations skills
  • Positive influencer that leads through frequent ambiguity/uncertainty/change
  • Organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and work in autonomy, flexible

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
