Role Summary:
The Senior HR Program Manager, Transformation and Communications, will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and supporting HR and People Operations. This position requires a utility player who can seamlessly navigate across various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) while managing high-impact projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Program Management:

  • Lead and manage transformative cross-functional and intra-people team programs to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Talent Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Track, report, and communicate program progress to all levels of the organization.

HR Generalist and COE Support:

  • Act as a utility player within HR, stepping in to support areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, and learning & development during periods of high capacity or volume.
  • Provide expertise and flexibility to bridge gaps across multiple HR functions.

Communications Leadership:

  • Partner with internal and external communications teams to orchestrate and execute firm-wide communication strategies.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals, enhances employee engagement, and drives change initiatives.

Systems and Integration Expertise:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Operations to navigate and integrate HR systems effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and leverage technology for seamless operations.

Knowledge Management and Intranet Optimization:

  • Lead efforts to organize, structure, and disseminate organizational knowledge across the company.
  • Manage intranet platforms to ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR program management, transformation, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Broad HR generalist experience, with exposure to multiple COEs.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills, with experience executing large-scale communication strategies.
  • Advanced systems knowledge and expertise; experience with HRIS and other people platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to organize and manage knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., intranet).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in systems integration and transformation.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Background in knowledge management or intranet content strategy.

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
