Overview

Role:             Quality Assurance/Violations Processing Agent

Location:       Hybrid (Lorton, VA)

Job Type:      Fixed term position (Contract end date 06/30/2025)

Schedule:     Monday to Friday-8-5pm

Salary:          $22 per hour

This role is instrumental in helping to identify motorists who illegally pass stopped school buses, endangering the lives of young children.

Candidate will have a background in Quality Assurance and Data Analytics, with a strong emphasis on researching/correcting errors in a high-volume data entry work environment. Capable of escalating issues and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review large volumes of processed video events and provide validation to processed citations for accuracy.
  • Responsible for validating and enforcing the accuracy of all processed events, requires keen attention to detail for identifying false positives, errors, and recovery options within the department.
  • Identify and recover all possible missed citations which directly impact our business effectiveness, reputation, and revenue.
  • Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information.
  • Accurately document and correct each error found in quality review, providing performance feedback to leadership.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed Quality Assurance metrics/KPI’s while providing accurate and quality evidence packets by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Verify the accuracy of work in the evidence package creation and printing functions to ensure overall quality.
  • Responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Team Lead with meeting operational objectives by contributing data input as well as supporting the entire operational team in cross-training initiatives to assist departmental workload.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Superior level of attention to detail and proficiency reviewing and editing online video content.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities (critical thinking and problem-solving skills).
  • Adaptability and Flexibility. The ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work (meet hourly quotas of video reviewing/evidence packet creation).
  • Superior level of attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive, task-oriented environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skillset.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level (or above) proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (MS Office, Excel, and Word)
  • Proficiency with technology (navigating cloud- based resources, IT software, and internet platforms
