Experience: 5+ years professional end to end Talent Acquisition experience supporting technical roles including IT, Software Developers, Hardware Engineering, Business Intelligence and Product Management recruitment in the US and Canada with an ability to discuss roles in context (technical terminology) within the software development space. Global recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Sr. Technical Talent Partner will drive the development of internal/external recruiting relationships and act as a direct consultant to our business leaders and candidates moving through the talent acquisition process. In this role you will be able to determine the best approach to successfully prioritize, execute, and close challenging tech/engineering searches, while maintaining a line of sight to benchmarks and metrics. Our Talent Partners are truly able to influence and impact the verticals they support and thrive in our science based and innovative approach to talent engagement, employer value propositions and the overall talent acquisition process. The best candidates draw on experience in engineering/technical talent delivery and have built solid industry networks. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and development and are highly organized.
