As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Sr. Government Affairs/Relations Talent Partner will drive the development of internal/external recruiting relationships and act as a direct consultant to our business leaders and candidates moving through the talent acquisition process. In this role you will be able to determine the best approach to successfully prioritize, execute, and close challenging tech/engineering searches, while maintaining a line of sight to benchmarks and metrics. Our Talent Partners are truly able to influence and impact the verticals they support and thrive in our science based and innovative approach to talent engagement, employer value propositions and the overall talent acquisition process.
