Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pm EST
Travel: Some travel required, approximately 2 weeks per quarter

Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to foster a culture of performance excellence by planning and administering talent management, leadership development, and learning and development programs for BusPatrol. The position provides organizational design and implementation support to business units and leaders with a focus on coaching and leadership development, talent assessment and succession planning, employee engagement, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have worked with the most senior leaders in organizations and have led initiatives and programs with broad impact on organizational culture, employee experience, and performance.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in guiding the talent development, leadership development, training, talent planning, and performance management functions in high-growth organizations.
Demonstrated experience in being the primary lead on broad cross-functional organizational development initiatives working with all levels of leaders.
Demonstrated experience implementing creative, metrics-driven, consultative, and service-oriented talent strategies for organizations.
Ability to initiate and lead high-impact, creative, and lean programs that enable the organization to retain and grow our people.
Demonstrated ability to promote a continuous improvement culture through People Team programming and policies.
