The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a logistics environment; coordinating shipping and order fulfillment, and have experience working with NetSuite, Oracle and 3rd party shipping systems.

 

Role Description: 

BusPatrol is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our rapidly growing organization.  The ideal candidate is responsible to manage the shipping and receiving processes of BusPatrol inventory. They must have strong organization and time management skills, demonstrate solid judgement and decision making, display strong customer relationships and flourish in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, and tracing shipments from contracted manufacturers to Field Operations.
  • Daily reconciliation of shipments within Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Receiving procedures at owned facilities and tracking of subcomponents for refurbishment program.
  • Creation of shipping documents (such as BOL’s and B13’s).
  • Support all product development logistics requirements as needed.
  • Support RMA process.
  • Support new product launches by assisting and coordinating samples and inbound inventory.
  • Participate in A3’s or future process improvements for the department.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a logistics role with a history of being a team player, delivering results and wanting to succeed.
  • Experience working with Netsuite, Oracle and 3rd party shipping systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated solid judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and work with others to ensure support for programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills.

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
