Role: Procurement Supervisor

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of procurement experience, managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials, managing induction of inventory into an ERP and setting reorder points / levels. Essential skills for this role include stolid negotiation skills, analytical/strategic thinking, strong communication, along with a solid understanding of supply chain and ERP systems (NetSuite, SalesForce or SAP).
The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director of Logistics, the Procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of capitalized components, consumables, and supplier programs or VMI. They will be responsible for entering and maintaining purchase orders in NetSuite, while providing support to other BusPatrol departments through procurement programs. Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, compliance to budgets, coordinating with internal departments, vendor management, and monitoring performance against organizational goals and legal compliance. Additional responsibilities include assisting all departments in sourcing, selecting parts & vendor management.
